Getting Up and Starting Again!

As I mentioned in another post, I'm not a very unorganized person. I really wish I could get in touch with that part of my brain that has to do with organization. We'll clean up the house. Hey! Looks great! I'm going to try to keep it this way. Then before I know it, I've left things out where they don't need to be. Really the only part of the house that has a good bit of organization to it is our son's nursery.

Well, I've come across a post that makes me remember there IS hope! It reminded me that in EVERY aspect of my life, no matter how big or how small, I can ask God to help me. You know how sometimes things seem to big to us, but when you think about it, you may think "Aww, that's too small to pray about. I'll just deal with it on my own."

She mentions 2 vital tactics to keeping things manageable: Don't have more stuff than you have space to store it. And break down the main chores into smaller chunks through the week. Check it out at http://thebuildingbrows.blogspot.com/2007/04/taming-housework-elephant.html

All I can do is keep trying. If I mess up, I get up and start it again! With God's help, I'm going to beat this ridiculous unorganized trait in me!
